Requests may require identity verification before processing.
12.1 206pub implements and maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
12.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected players, 206pub will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
13.1 The 206pub platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations. 206pub does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If 206pub becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, that account will be immediately closed, the data will be deleted, and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
